Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ambitforge.com website (the “Site”), operated by AmbitForge, LLC. By using the Site you agree to these terms. The purchase of any product or service is separately governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only: to learn about our capabilities and to request a quote. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting malicious files, scraping or overloading the intake endpoints, or interfering with its operation.
2. Requests for quote
Submitting an RFQ is a request, not an order, and does not create a contract. We may decline any request at our discretion. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Any work we agree to perform is governed by the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
3. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, text, and marks are owned by AmbitForge or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. This section does not affect ownership of project deliverables, which is addressed in the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
4. Your submissions
You represent that you have the rights to any files or information you submit and that they do not infringe third-party rights or contain export-controlled technical data except as expressly agreed in writing (see our Terms & Conditions of Sale, Export Control).
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmbitForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date will change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, and you consent to that venue.
